McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd T/A McLaren’s Christmas Pudding

Thank you for visiting our website. We care passionately about our products and strive to provide you the customer with unmatchable quality and a worry-free service.

GENERAL

Our office hours are from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Sunday through October to December. Any communication, including orders, received outside of these hours will be dealt with as soon as is practicable in line with the above timings.

The products supplied from this website are supplied by McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd Registration No 8692124 VAT No 220766718

All orders that are accepted by McLaren’s Christmas Pudding are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be safely processed through our website, which operates in conjunction with Shopify trading platform. The system accepts most major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others. At Christmas markets and fairs, we use Izettle payment services which works in conjunction with a smart tablet of phone. Both PIN and contactless payments can be accepted and a receipt can be sent by email only. We do not keep your email address on our records, unless you the customer allow it to be shared with us.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

*CHRISTMAS SHIPPING*

Although we always endeavour to maintain our shipping schedule, courier services including the Royal Mail can be slow or delayed on the run up to Christmas. MPN Ltd accepts no responsibility for late reception in these cases. If parcels are lost in transit, MPN Ltd accepts no responsibility. However upon successful application of refund from the postal service concerned, customer will receive a refund of product cost and postage.

All orders made through the website prior to 01 November will be logged on our order book and shipped on the 02 November (each year depending on the nearest postage working day). If you expressly require your purchase before this date then please contact us through the form on the website. We will be pleased to dispatch your order earlier if required.

Following 01 November, we process and ship orders daily, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, up until the final postage day to reach you for 24^th December. Outside these times, please contact us to discuss shipping timeframes.

The prices quoted on the website do not include the charge for delivery. This will be added to the final balance once the payment system has automatically calculated the fee according to destination and/or weight.

Some destinations outside the UK mainland and internationally have been inputted to the system. If the system does not identify your destination then please use the contact form to request a quote.

Each of our products has been allocated a postage weight, which does not correspond to the NET product weight described on the website. The system will automatically calculate a final postage weight based on these back end figures.

Orders with a total postage weight calculated at less then 2Kg qualify for the shipping option of £3.95. This service is optional for the customer and is described as “Royal Mail Standard” (UK mainland only). Please note that this option is at the discretion of the customer, and McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd accept no responsibility for items undelivered or lost in the postal system.

The recommended postal service is our £4.95 option, which is APC Signed and Tracked. Using your contact information provided at checkout, you will be able to trace your package. In most cases, APC will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is available for this. In the event of no one being available your parcel may be returned to the depot for delivery at a later date. Services to customers in outlying areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, other offshore islands and Northern Ireland will take a little longer and are charged at a premium to more accessible regions.

All orders over the value of £75 will be shipped free of charge. UK Mainland Only

Some international orders will have the shipping charge calculated accordingly. For those not identified, please contact us directly for a quotation.

Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or breakages must be made in writing within two days of delivery.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE VALID AFTER THIS PERIOD.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION / COMPLAINTS

We are only able to review products that have been purchased from our website or from a consumer show/fair. If you have purchased one of our products from an independent retailer or other source that is not directly through McLaren’s Christmas Pudding, then you need to contact the supplier where the purchase was first made and they will deal with your enquiry accordingly. We are unable to comment or act upon any purchase that was not made directly through McLaren’s Christmas Pudding.

If you have made a purchase through our website or at a consumer show and if you are dissatisfied with your product(s), in the first instance please contact us and let us know the nature of the problem. Claims for faulty goods will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated, we will do this within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly any goods found to have been used, mistreated and incorrectly stored will not be replaced or credited. We can only consider claims or faults on products within thirty days of purchase.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to stop your order leaving the premises and will refund any payments made.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd has taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. McLaren’s Pure & Natural Ltd shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss that may have occurred from the use of any matter contained on this website.

We reserve the right to make changes to the website and to this disclaimer at any time.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which both parties submit.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
